When purchasing a new automatic retractable belt, you can use the mounting method with which the belt is equipped, but this is not an ideal solution. If you bought an automatic retractable belt from the Volkswagen dealer at the time, it was equipped with a special mounting bracket with which the roll cassette could be mounted perfectly straight in the right place. These brackets were only included with complete belts at the time and were not available separately, but that has now changed and the brackets are available separately. Ideal if you previously did not have retractable belts and you want to fit them as was originally the case, without the locking system always operating.

The centering point is provided with an Allen screw and no pressed-in point like the original, the Allen screw can be screwed in further, which ensures a better fixation against twisting when kicked in when getting in.

Supplied in pairs including mounting bolts for the seat belt cassette, the remaining mounting parts are supplied with new belts.
