With "customer engine overhaul" we use your own engine as a basis and we use your own parts as much as possible. For example, do you have an engine that you suspect is otherwise in order, for example few kilometers or recently overhauled but something went wrong, or, for example, only play on the crankshaft. Then we can provide our own engine overhaul. With a budget overhaul, all bearings are replaced in the crankcase, the crankcase is carefully checked, all gaskets are renewed, new pushrod tubes are placed, and we also replace your own parts where possible, if they are in order! (flywheel, cylinder heads, crankshaft, camshaft, pistons & cylinders, cam followers etc)

Please note: We always check whether, for example, your pistons/cylinder set still meets the prescribed values, this is certainly not always possible! Cylinder heads are also often not immediately usable. We will also strictly check all other parts, such as cam followers, camshaft, push rods, flywheel. The price is a starting price, based on a customer engine where the important parts such as pistons/cylinders and heads can be reused and where no further machining of parts is required!
