For a better connection than the original case, the fly wheel dowel pins in longer version. These are totally 19 mm long and certainly not a luxury as the engine power will increase. Or the drill holes in the crankshaft somewhat deeper. Are the 8 pieces supplied with gasket (this is only to use as the flywheel is not provided with a sealing O-ring).
